If Kubiak gets hired we should put some funds together and send Forsett a bottle of champagne.

Kap would be lethal in this offense.
i think many niner fans watching this are shocked at what a good oc can do ,, and how a good oc can actually call and execute a nfl offensive game plan. its a teaching moment for jim the enabler on the sidelines tonight

This. If our roster was full of youth I would say go with the young hot shot. But this team is full of Veterans and I think a veteran coach like Kubiak or Shanny is a better fit especially with being able to get the leaders in the locker room behind the new coach. I feel it would be harder to get the veteran backing if it's a young hot shot coach.
Not true. Our average age is 26. 25 once a few old farts leave like Dahl, Osgood, etc.

Shanahan is up to 39% on the poll at this point. All though there isn't a Gary Kubiak on that list. How about we add that name to see how he compares to old Mike Shanahan?

It's hard to watch this game and not want Gary Kubiak.
On the subject of the Rooney rule, I actually had more of an issue when it was first implemented and guys were getting interviewed that you KNEW had no shot at getting the job. Remember when Ted Cottrell and Art Shell would get job interviews? That is what you truly call token interviews.

Our line still needs to learn to pass block. Flaccid has a lot of time.

Steelers defense sucks bro Baltimore defense is the best in their division. 49ers play in the best defensive division

They are talking practice vs game day locker rooms. Jim wanted the game day LOcker room only on game days but some were using it during practice days also.
