Other teams will be interviewing him just like we did. They could offer him the job and there's no reason why he couldn't accept while the Broncos are still in the playoffs.

He can't sign a contract as long as they are in the playoffs. Hell, Belichick signed a contract with the Jets and then announced that he was going to New England during the same press conference announcing his hiring.

Idk what Kyle Shanahan contract situation is but I have a feel young York and Baalke are gonna go with Mike Shanahan and have Kyle on board as OC and in 2 or 3 years he'll be the head guy. But we SHOULD look at Kubiak.

Gimmie some Kubiak!! This guy absolutely schooled the Steelers with his genius playcalling with a semi scrub offensive roster sans Flacco who is very GOOD!! Don't get me wrong, Steve SR is a warrior but old and Torrey Smith is so Decent but the line started a dam FA rookie at LT and Forsett who was seen as a scrub!! Imagine what Kubs could do with Kap,Gore/Hyde,VD,Quan etc etc!!!!!

From his standpoint I have no problem with it. He ain't a Niner no more but I am and always will be and when I see him I see the guy that was absolutely the right hire at the time we hired him due to his run first mentality and the league being geared to defend passes. I also see the guy that had the most talented teams in the NFL and he had the only Super Bowl loss in our franchise's history. Then I see him wearing the Raven's cap it sickens me because in my heart that is a game vs a lesser team that we should have won yet we didn't and it was wholly embarrassing to me as an opportunity wasted
