Why wont the D be elite with WIllis and Bowman back and Aldon for a year. Lynch, Borland, Tank, and Dial all improving. Dorsey and WIlliams back also.

What a joke.

Lol, lets be serious, they know next to nothing about Gase. I trust the judgment of Baalke far more than some some random talking head.

Isn't 95.7 more a Raider station and KNBR is a niner station?

yes

Gase resume

offensive ass. for the Lions
QB coach / ass. for Lions, 49ers and Denver
OC the last two years for Peyton

I doubt Gase knows if he can lead a locker room

I imagine Baalke will be pretty hands on in tutoring Gase. Hiring an experienced/well respected staff will help with the lockerroom leadership.

They did the same in AZ. The radio host was blasting the Niners for hiring an inexperienced coach, and then he turned around and blasted a NY reporter for saying Bowles was too young and inexperienced.

Lol, this.

And Del Rio was a 40 year old coach who had only been a DC for one year & had 4 years of coaching experience (6 if you count being a Strength and Conditioning coach) before getting the Jacksonville job.

Nobody really knows what Gase will or won't be. However, a lot of real football guys whos opinions I respect are vouching for adam.

I still think the greatest thing about adam is his exposure to all the main offense that make up pro football.

Isn't Bowles 51?
Top 5 defense with a top 15 offense = 49ers Super Bowl 50 champions

Im not saying it matters, but he played, so he knew how he would handle a locker room.

Maybe Gase entices Frank and Crabs to come back, resign at friendly deals. Crabs could have a better season under Gase.

For a short term deal, you essentially tell Crabs, "look, you'll get the numbers now, and once you prove it, we ink you long term." Frank loves the Niners, but a chance at a title is tough to pass up.

With Frank, you have to think he only goes to a SB contender, if they want him. Same for Crabs. These guys have been in the league long enough to WANT a ring instead of money even though the media is reporting they WANT money.
The preponderance of the fans will always gravitate to the better known, more experienced, and more accomplished coaches. The fact of the matter is that almost all Super Bowls are won by head coaches in their first ten years in that position. No Super Bowl winning coach has ever sucessfully won one with a different team.

Like one smart guy once said, if you listen to the fans, pretty soon you'll be sitting in the stands with them.

AG: "Hey Frank, Hunter and Hyde...check this out...we're going to pass to you and run you inside the 5. "
TB: "I'm pleased to announce Frank Gore has signed a 2-year contract with us!"

And he ended up winning some playoff games for them too, the contradictions in their analysis is hilarious.
