That's Grant Cohen's main problem...

Which is why it may not be as big a deal as you think. After all, these are pros. They get paid and they've got personal careers to think about. Are they going to dog it because they don't have the proper level of respect for a coach? Are they going to go at less than 100% because the HC is younger than they think a HC should be?

I'm liking Gase more and more. At this point all of these coaching candidates have their flaws and red flags.

I am also curious to see what Quinn would'could do with our D.

If Gase gets the job and Fangio leaves, I would like to see LeBeau as or DC.

Not sure if I want Gase. Could he really be a leader of men at his age? Call me age bias, but he looks young and arrogant. This is a seasoned vet team. I'm not sure how they would look up to him. He hasn't accomplished as a coach what some of these guys have done as players. Also, he blows versus Seattle.
