Truth. Many though Harbaugh was "the one" too. So we'll see. A lot can happen in 4 years.
He was the one. The one that got away. On to Gase.
He was the one who couldn't adapt once his system was figured out, the one who after four years still couldn't get a play in on time on a consistent basis. He was the one that threw the best sideline tantrums costing us calls at crucial points in games. The one who let his players become undisciplined on and off the field. The one who was consistently outcoached and unable to make second half adjustments. The one who was ultimately and unilaterally responsible for one of the the worst second half niner teams I have ever witnessed in my 35 seasons as a fan. He was the one who passed the buck onto player execution, even though that is ultimately his responsibility.
I was more so talking about the 3 straight NFCCG after we had been perennial losers.
I understood you man, and don't get me wrong, we needed Jim when we got him, but now we need someone that can develop players. Jim couldn't get it done, so it's time to move on. I do wish him well at Michigan, he's got a man-sized job ahead of him fixing that train wreck.
