Haha. No worries my man. A 38 year old with no experience will go over well in a locker room full of veterans who just went to three straight NFCC appearances, a super bowl, and finished 8-8 this year in the hardest division ever with all kinds of distractions.

This will be epic...lolz

If you haven't noticed, our offensive staff lost the locker room a long time ago.... probably right after they failed to win the Super Bowl from 5 yards out

It's not about age, its about production.

If Gase produces, they will love him, like any coach

Dude your the one attacking people because they don't agree with you, you need to chill.

Which poster did I attack? Please point it out.

The actual irony is that I was the poster who was attacked...someone didn't like what I said, and said:

I was full of s**t
I didn't know anything about football

You're perfecting the art of trolling, and to be quite honest I've been thinking about reporting it.
You make the claims that start off on debates, then when you get called out to support/provide evidence you are no where to be seen.

Example, a poster asks you to point out you reason
You claim something about him being blind rather than supporting your claim

Example, you quote George W. Bush about belittling another poster

Example, you claim you played football, now you are claiming you "don't know anything about football"

Next time you want to share your side of view, please link some evidence or facts to support your stance.

Wait. Who did I attack? Proof?
The biggest question mark for me is whether or not Gase can come in and install a culture, and get players to buy in. Sure he's a smart offensive guy, but it takes WAY MORE than that to be a good head coach. Remember we're a veteran team, and if I was one of the vet players, I would be super skeptical about Gase. He doesn't even pass the eye ball test when it comes to a leader of men.

He couldn't adjust the Denver offense against the Seahawks in last year's SB. He couldn't do the same thing against the Colts (who copied the Seahawk blueprint ) this past Sunday. How is he a good coordinator again?

Manning's tendency to fold in the playoffs and his injuries had something to do with that, and Seattle was the strongest team in the NFL last year...so your point was?

They beat the Colts this year with a healthy Manning, lost with an injured Manning...your point?

I don't see a consistant hole in the Bronco's offense, as there was in the niners. All their loses were due to self inflicted wounds. Manning's QB rate for each of their losses was 80 or lower. Most of his games were above 100.

Colts specifically adjusted their defense to mirror what Seattle did to Denver for the game this past Sunday.

Colts knew that Manning couldn't through long accurately and had to throw short (4.6 yard average per), D Thomas dropped a number of passes, and I picked the Colts before the game...which means it must have been pretty obvious who the better team was...LOL!

I picked the Colts (and Steelers) to represent the AFC in the SB this year with some minimal bets in Vegas last April :P

And for the record, I'm not against hiring Gase, just don't know much about him at this time.

They are so different lol

Only if you are blind to the big picture.
And what is the big picture? why don't you enlighten me.

If you're blind, I can't make you see.

Or maybe you're just full of ????.

Or maybe I'm not, and you're too scurred to admit that I'm quite correct to have reservations about a 36 year old guy with ZERO HC experience, who made a name for himself calling plays for a QB who calls his own plays. You should be honest and exercise your faculty for critical thought.

Well then I honestly, after exercising my faculty for critical thinking, am now convinced of the verify of my previous pontification as to the content of your assertions.

????.

I reported this as a personal attack on me.

Go right ahead man, it was true and well worth it. Maybe I should report you for trying to insult me... nah I won't be a crybaby over it.

I didn't think so.

To quote the illustrious George W. Bush: Who cares what you think?
You want to talk football? or are you just going to pick fights? because you will do it alone.
He doesn't know football.

Way too much personal stuff here. If as one poster has proclaimed, I should ban someone for this I would also have to ban him and half of the contributors here. Happy to do this, if you like. Or you could try staying within the rules and posting as adults.

Honestly can we ban this guy? I'm getting real tired of this make a bold claim and hide behind banter dance.
He's quick to call out when he is getting wronged but seems to leave after being the root cause of many arguments and problems on this board.

They'll respect him more than we respect your opinion.

Do your job as a moderator.

Well, it isn't my job. But I have just taken some action to stop the level of personal crap in here. Like it?

What a joke.

Lol, lets be serious, they know next to nothing about Gase. I trust the judgment of Baalke far more than some some random talking head.

Elway could have chosen to interview either and he chose Gase. I'm kind of glad that Denver doesn't want to let him go. It shows that they see value and potential in him and it shows he can actually get along with management.

Memphis, join the club man lol.
This was the result of my last debate with him
