The only positive of having a dimwit no experience coach as your head coach ? He knows he needs help, and will therefore scour the market for coaching talent...

I was very open minded but I had a fear that they had set on Tomsula long before they even started with this sham of a coaching search. Sadly my worst fear came true. Tomsula could even be a decent head coach but the way they went about it just reeks horribly.

For me, it's who does he surround himself with. I think he would have the players' ear. He needs really good coordinators around him though. We'll see.
