Mike McCarthy was the worst OC in the league with a rookie QB, no OL, no WR and it worked for him in Green Bay. If you asked me to name 3 guys on the Raiders defense I couldn't tell you. If your from the bay area maybe you would have better luck than me in NJ.
I'm not excited about the hire and just kind of confused by the whole situation but really it is out of my hands and all I can do is cross my fingers and hope for the best.

One thing that really concerns me about Tomsula is the reports that he was politicking for the head coaching job for awhile and I'm trying to figure out how long "awhile" means.

Prediction:
1) We will be in last place in the NFC West for the next two seasons (if Tomsulas tenure lasts that long)
2) Jed York will clean house by the end of next season or no later than the season after..and that iwill nclude Balke.
