However, the biggest concern was the offense. How does this address that or help develop Kap? Even if we get a solid OC, he could be gone in as soon as a year. Also, this inherently increases the risk of the defense taking a step back since Vic is now leaving.

Tarver is a decent DC candidate, bettet than the results he had in Oakland but trading Fangio for him is a net loss for the 49ers.

That the whole staff is gone blows my mind!!! Its telling that a guy like Rathman is expected to leave in spite of being on the staff with Tomsula for the longest time, that speaks volumes.

Funny how York keeps driving home the win with class. Tomsula can be the greatest guy in the world but if the front office continues to bring in idiots nothing will change. The guy was in our organization the past 4 years and it was mostly his defensive lineman f*cking up.
