However, the biggest concern was the offense. How does this address that or help develop Kap? Even if we get a solid OC, he could be gone in as soon as a year. Also, this inherently increases the risk of the defense taking a step back since Vic is now leaving.

...and that's why I think the hire at OC and the entire offensive staff in particular is CRUCIAL.
