I can understand the offense out of the door. But what is the mindset of getting rid of the entire defensive staff that's been top 5 for the past 4-5 years....?

Well from that Tweet by Eric Branch it seems like Fangio and the rest of the staff is gone, so yeah, not sure why they denied the interview now

getting rid of all of Harbaugh's guys. Tomsula and Rathman were the only coaches here before Harbaugh.
