At least under Nolan and Singletary, we had a defense! This loss was worse than any of the loses under Nolan. Worse than any under Singltary. The team never quit on either of those coaches. We fans deserve better than to watch our team jog through a game, embarrassing!

Um, yeah they did.

They quit on Nolan all the time. Dingleberry too.

Yeah, I can't believe that came out of his mouth.
His introduction presser was a precursor of things to come.

All my non niner friends were like "wtf kind of coach is that?"
Ha,ha I would love for someone to revive that tread just to see how we were all reacting to that clown show allotta peeps gonna be embarrassed saying this was a good hire.
Here's the full quotes for those that didn't listen to the press conference or who only read the short tweet quote:

"Yes, there's less volume but there's a lot of concepts. It's still a hefty amount of plays on the call sheet. We're not a drop-back team, we're not built that way. We're not comparing ourselves to those teams. We're not built to be first- and second-down empty and spreading the ball out all over the place. We're built more with our tight ends. We like the tight-end group. We like to use formations that get us some air when we need air. My perspective is playing to our strengths."

On Kap as a drop-back under center passer:

"You know, his development as a pocket passer.... in terms of Colin reading and looking at things and studying, I think he's doing a nice job there working at it, ok? In terms of us as a team and as a whole offense -- our drop-back pass game, we need to be better at and we need to improve on. But that goes from the snap to the blocking to the routes that we're running to throwing the football. So I think as a whole we need to work on that."

smh

He's right though. Average pts/game is 23.4

We're not going to stop the other team from scoring, but we can't stop them from scoring 40 either.

Lol i was being sarcasric.
I really like Tomsula the man, but my initial fears are appearing to be correct. This dude needed a few years as a DC etc. He needs time, but it won't happen here. feel bad for the guy, but our o-line is a joke.

This really isn't a surprise.
