Not a bad deal at all.
Yeah can't really blame him for being in over his head. We would all do the same in his position. Only real blame goes to the guys who hired him.

he needs to make some personnel changes this week if he expects to keep the team and the fans. Nothing can be any worse than what they have put on the field the last 2 weeks

Is it harbaughs fault? He's the only coach who doesn't play his players according to NTOriginally posted by MBNINER90266:Originally posted by pd24:It only took teams 1 week to figure this "new" system out.Originally posted by captveg:Originally posted by boast:DAL has one of the best o-lines in the league.
+ A system they've been running for years now.
We all want that here. One problem was that the previous system got figured out and the adjustments weren't made. (2014 season). Now there's a new system and the personnel is weaker overall on the OL. Until the latter improves it'll be rough at times. We all just hope it won't be THAT rough, and we hope that changes in personnel are made if it doesn't improve.
LOL. A new system with two offensive lineman that were consistently graded the worst in the NFL. And you've got a guy sitting on the bench in Thomas who consistently graded high in the preseason for his play, and was drafted HIGHLY by us for a reason. Yet he's not playing. Coachingz

That's not analysis LOL. He said absolutely nothing more than what we knew before the season started.

I wanted Gase but oh well it didn't happen. It's still far too early to give up on Tomsula. You need to see how more games go.
The one great thing that hiring a rehash coach like Gruden would have brought is keeping the negative talk at bay. I guarantee if Gruden had coached these three games and had the same result there would be far less talk of replacing him. Perception and expectations are driving a lot of the fan concern, and even if the product wasn't one bit different at least the boards would be less hyper sensitive and reactionary.

I didn't get to watch the second half of the Pittsburg game and I was at the Cardinals game but did anyone notice any 2nd half adjustments? I didn't notice any at cards game of course I started getting on the zone to see the meltdown since the actual game was unbearable

I was pretty seriously considering walking out at halftime but decided to stick it out.

I may of walked out but unfortunately I didn't drive and was stuck with my freinds who are Tards fans. Thankful they were at least ready to go home after game

Only adjustment I noticed was abandoning the pass entirely and calling 14 consecutive run plays at one point. Not what I would call a good adjustment.
