That's his name, and they've known him for 8 years. Being on a first-name basis is hardly a slap in the face.

I turned it off.

I am with Ghost, a coach has to be able to speak. Sure it is different when talking to the press, but don't confuse his lack of coherence for brilliance. God, please let me be wrong.
trent baalke makes me so mad, i feel like this guy is a power hungry driven guy and probably reason harbs gone.

My computer is not getting this. I can not hear any of the questions and about 1/4 of the answers. Problem with live stream.

Sounds like I am lucky.

I am hoping, or not, to listen to it later.

Does JT have carte blanche to hire his staff? Baalke "In this business there's a sense of urgency…but there's a human side to this business"
Baalke's temper is flaring.

Well suffice to say - this guy wouldn't survive a head coaching interview with 31 other teams. Interviews at this high of a position require someone that's actually able to communicate beyond talking about tacos and packing your own shoes.

Harbaugh had some tense pressers - but everyone was always clear that everything he said and the way he answered were deliberate. It was clear he was treating it like a game of wits and that caused a lot of friction with the press. But no one would ever get the impression that Harbaugh was intellectually challenged. JT just seems like an idiot. A very nice guy, but a complete moron.

Jim Has the final say on his staff

Agreed. You would like the head coach to at least be one of the smartest men in the room. I don't get that from Tomsula.
the fact that Baalke and York are taking over this press conference is telling...its like they are here to bail Jimmy T out. He is having a hard time answering on his own.
