Lol....Baalke channeling his inner Hillary Clinton
Baalke "its not about getting the best, its about getting the best that could work together"

Well you heard it from the horse's mouth...
Baalke: It's not about getting the best coaches. It's about getting the best who can work together.

We're knocking it out of the park on not getting the best coaches.
Omg. "To be determined." Sad. Sad. Sad.

It almost sounded like Jim wanted to say it was Baalke's decision to fire everyone and not his

the fact that Baalke and York are taking over this press conference is telling...its like they are here to bail Jimmy T out. He is having a hard time answering on his own.

my thoughts exactly, seems like their trying to explain all the wrong they doing with b******t, i hardly heart tomsula talk, makes him seem like just a puppet of baalke and dork.

One of his greatest strengths is his ability to communicate football concepts with football players. That is 100000000x times a more important skill for this job.

I have no idea if he'll be successful or not, but to close the book on him based off a press conference is pretty ridiculous. Quite frankly, fan reaction in here is more embarrasing than the press conference itself.

Yeah he did a great job explaining his offensive philosophy so that everyone understood what he was talking about.

Please, he's not going to talk X's and O's with the media. Nobody does. Players and coaches praise his ability to teach football to PLAYERS. That's what matters.

Again, I have no idea if he'll be good or not. It's just a lot of the comments in here are really petty and have nothing to do with football or coaching.
Vic Fangio must be loving this presser. So embarrassed!

that means trent and jed are going to be helping with the gameplans!
Trent just said he wouldn't be the final decision maker regarding staff.....we'll see.

It's true, though. How many Free Agent "Dream Teams" of superstars have fallen flat on their faces?
