There is a thin edge when a team has some very good young players still on their inexpensive rookie contracts to balance the contracts of star players eating up a lot of cap. Right now we have a lot of good players coming up for new contracts with few established young players to offset their loss if the FO can't resign them.

On a side note. Barry Switzer took a very talented team to the SB. Brian Billick(SP) took a very talented team to the SB. Mike Martz took a very talented team to the SB. Jon Gruden took a very talented team to the SB....... Anyone starting to see a theme here????

Who was on those coaching staffs though? Also I can't recall if any of those teams had questions at any positions. We have BIG questions at WR and CB position as of right now. Heck even the QB position is still questionable.
