It's yet another thing to blindly accept everything that's been spoon fed to you by this front office and the rest of the homer patrol around here because you desperately want to be right about bashing Harbaugh and his staff all season for not winning. Blaming Harbaugh for all the drama is laughable. Another case of believing what you want to believe. Homers going to homer I guess.

So much BS in this post I'm tripping over it.

NOBODY is being "blindly accepting".

EVERYONE has concerns. I don't think ANYONE is jumping up and down at the hiring of Geep Chryst.

However, if anyone here says, "hrmm...couldn't be interesting" especially in light of the position coaches they are dubbed a "homer". Taking a neutral stance and trying to be objective is viewed as homerism on this site. Really sad.

There used to be a time when level heads could prevail......wait. Nope. That never happened. Nevermind.

As an Ohio State fan, I will say this... our fanbase is ALREADY laughing about how much of a clown/abrasive a-hole Jim Harbaugh is. It's funny how outside of the 49ers fanbase its universally accepted the guy is a bullhead jerk, yet for some reason our fanbase gets mad at Jed for actually having a pair of balls. lol.

Nah, I know you weren't serious. I knew you were mocking. I was just joining in.

Apologies to CC. (I thought it was a little uncharacteristic to tell you the truth.)

HA check my history
i was actually ok giving erickson a second year with his own coach
i was in love with mike nolan cuz his dad coached the team
i thought david boston would be our savior
i thought marlon moore, eric wright and jon baldwin would light it up
i was sure the niners would hire gruden
i was convinced they would never make a change at qb in mid season in regards to alex vs ck
i was also convinced the team would not do anything in post season the year we went to the super bowl cuz they did not play well in the last two games of the regular season
i do not have the best track record,, and i was just teasing 94 a bit, we all make mistakes

So we have 2 WR coaches but we are supposedly a cheap outfit spending next to nothing in our coaching pool of money

Big money is rarely spent on position coaches. It's the size of the contract given to the HC and coordinators - along with reports that Jed was unhappy with the pay of the previous staff - that led to that particular criticism.

"Stop it with your logic. You are ruining some perfectly satisfying tantrums."

Position coaches generally make around 200K, so having 5 extra of those makes $1MM, so it adds up. I think the cheap argument continues to be weak, considering that they are paying Fangio and he's not even here.

Shouldn't be so hard on yourself. I would call most of that just trying to keep a positive outlook. Nothing wrong with that. Nothing wrong with hoping for the best.

And at least you can muster the guts to sack up and be accountable for your missteps, rather tan avoiding the board for the rest of the day and returning to spout the same superior tone...

h ell i even gave erickson a chance , even though i hated the hire. he lost me on the day we played either the colts or ravens and it was cold and raining. he gave the players the day off to loaf around in the hotel. steve young ripped the move saying that george s would have had the guys out in the rain and cold practicing. we of course got destroyed . i guess it is asking to much to ask people around here to have a open mind and actually see how the team is assembled , how they practice, jesus how they play a football game before passing judgement on the new staff
