I wish posters would make themselves clear instead of turning themselves into a victim because we allegedly accuse them of mis speaking

Where did our OC and HC coach the last 4 seasons?
What? You think Tomsula was involved with getting the plays in on time?
I'm lost where did i say that?

I know this isn't the ALL-POSITIVE thread but still... we have to be better because its hard to see being worse.
How many times did Jim throw down a challenge flag and we would roll our eyes? I know he doesn't have the best view but he never got better with it. Same with playclock. It never, ever got better, only worse
I'm pretty sure we were the only team in the NFL last year to call a timeout immediately after the half... who does this s**t? Tom brady hasn't called a 3rd quarter timeout in 10 years
our half time adjustment was to call a time out right after the half then take a delay of game penalty...... that is inexcusable no matter how much you worshiped the previous coach in my opinion

CC, when you see that once, well ok, things got screwed up. When you see it a second time, you raise and eyebrow and a fist. The third time you are pizzed, and after that, particularly repeatedly in the same game....you know you have the wrong OC, HC, guy in the booth who suggests throwing the flag....well, in essence, it is the whole magilicutty. YOU KNOW your coaching crew is fukced up and unworthy of their jobs. I knew that mid way thru 2013, and then later we saw harbaw loose his team in the locker room and on and on. Jed's only mistake was not firing a guy in mid season 2013 who didn't have the qualifications nor ability to be a HC anywhere in the NFL. Sure he won a lot of games, but a lot of us could make a case that was based on player quality alone. All the former bad is gone now , save Rath(thank goodness) and a couple others, incl JT moved to HC.
How anybody can complain about harbaw's departure is beyond me, which means they weren't paying attn. to his screw ups, one after another after another ,and so on. Half time adjustments? What ? Not in romn or harbaws lexicon. That was just a time for a pepsi. How that guy got as far as he did is amazing, because the intelligence, the quality....it just wasn't there.
The joke? all those poor Michiganders, who just can't wait for the "QB whisperer". I sure hope he recruits well because we know he doesn't have the ability to be a HC.

No teams are perfect. You are focusing in on a issue that pisses us off during game like clock management. But look at the positives of what we accomplished under harbaugh. There are too many to count really.
People want to knit-pick Harbauh's negatives and brush off what he accomplished as nothing.
There is a chance that Tomsula and Chryst can fix the offense (typing that made me nautious). But there is also a good chance our running game falls off, we turn the ball over a lot more, or who knows what other problems may arise now that Harbaugh left.
We shall see.

The question was whether or not Tomsula will be better at getting the plays in on time. CC said how could he be any worse. You responded with "where did Tomsula coach for the last 4 seasons." I took that to mean you were implying that Tomsula had something to do with getting the plays in on time.
Frankly, I don't understand why that's so hard to get.

For me, I've always wondered why so many of his college players now playing in the NFL hated him so much. Then it turns out that the locker room was divided...literally. There's something to be said about that.

Its the nature of the beast. There are 32 teams in this league and sometimes you go up against better players and coaches and just get flat out beat. That shouldn't negate the fact that the moment JH came aboard we went from a perennial bottom feeder to a perennial top 3 team and stayed that way for three straight years.
There aren't any perfect coaches, not by a mile. And no team is going to win a championship every year.
And when you say "when things were bad, they were horrid," what do you mean? We didn't get blown out in the super bowl or in any meaningful games. Maybe the games were horrid for us fans, but to say we came 7 yards from a title is horrid from a performance standpoint, is just not accurate. Objectively, we weren't as bad as you say we were.

I am glad that Harbaugh is no longer the 49er head coach, but I agree there is no need to trash him
The team's won-loss record was excellent under Harbaugh.
But, there is also no need to trash Tomsula or Chryst. But, people do it anyway, don't they?

toss to williams with a wet ball on a wet field in a nfc title game which led directly to the giants touchdown, terrible call on that field in that big of a game
the entire second and goal from the five fiasco that is cemented in our niner hall of shame
little toss pitch to gin when we were at our own one vs the rams,, who the f**k does that
lining up staley or miller with lloyd on the other side while steve johnson sets
telling the offense they are not good enough to get one yard in a game vs the colts, while we also ran away from the run which was the only thing that was working at the time in that game
the entire last year of no second half adjustments not to mention a team with our talent on offense only being able to score four points a game per games in the second half of games
constant fullback dives up the middle
calling for a pass play that gets four yards when its third and 8
i am sure there are countless more examples,,,,, we had success but think of what we could have done had it not been for horrid play calls in key spots in key games
oh and overall targeting crabtree at clutch moments

Steve Young put his two cents on the new coaching staff
Steve Young: 49ers 'have a Super Bowl roster'
"I just don't know them. I don't know Jim. I can't really comment because I don't know them," Young told Comcast SportsNet's Jim Kozimor from Pebble Beach.
"We don't know their history. They are about to write their history and I guess in some ways that's good.
"We're just gonna get behind Jim and wish for the best. It's a high-risk situation when you turn over your whole staff but we'll hope for the best."
http://www.csnbayarea.com/49ers/steve-young-49ers-have-super-bowl-roster
Not quite sure how Young figures that the 49ers turned over their whole staff.
The current coaching staff has ten coaches that were not on last head coach's staff and eight that were.
By the way, read the article and then look at Mike Florio's interpretation of what Young had to say.

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/02/11/steve-young-49ers-have-super-bowl-players-not-sure-about-the-coaches/
Ask yourself this:
How could Young possibly be sure about a coaching staff that he does not know, and Young states very clearly that he does not know the coaching staff.

just more stuff to be perceived as negative but really isn't.
just like the eric davis teaching comment.. even people who want to hate have to admit we have a truck load of teachers on this staff on both sides of the ball.
we don't know what they'll do just like we didn't know what jim harbaugh greg roman and vic fangio would do.
we do know the players have bought in because they love him and respect his football mind. that we do know
young admits we have a super bowl roster and we've had one for 3 years now and haven't won the big game even when we had a real good chance to.
let them make history.
