If chaos in the workplace leads to three straight NFCCGs and a Superbowl appearance....more chaos in the workplace please.

It'd be a tough sell that the wins came because of the chaos, rather than in spite of it. Talent and unfamiliar scheme made us tough to beat in 2011-2012 (combined with the amazing debut of Kap). The decline in 2013-2014 was more consistent with defenses adjusting to our offensive scheme than it was to any possible decrease in effective chaos.

We did that despite the chaos not because of it.

Agree with you there. Sometimes I feel like JH sometimes would push peoples buttons A LOT on purpose.

that may work in college with 18 year old kids,, but the vets get real tired of that s**t after about,, oh say four years.. and then when you lose i would think a vet would roll their eyes at "whose got it better " chant and throw their first year little blue denim work shirts in the back of their smelly locker

but when it spills outside the work place, distracting the players affecting the locker room( or in last years doorknob case,, two f**king locker rooms ) and you lose to multiple teams in a most disgraceful way,,, you have to make some changes in my opinion

Honestly, I'm not sure. Even w/out the suspension, he had a crazy offseason, and I don't know how that would've affected him. I would've been surprised and disappointed if he had less than 10, but I was already surprised when he got shutdown in 6 of the 7 games he played. Another factor: does Lynch even play if Aldon plays all year?

But, from the reports coming out of training camp, Aldon looked unstoppable, plus he's averaged almost one sack every game. And like Pillbusta said, I also think we get to ten wins with Aldon playing.

As to if Lynch would've received any playing, I would like to think so, but we all know that Harbaugh's coaching staff rarely gave Rookies any significant playing time.

That seems terribly short-sighted. An environment like that is no recipe for sustainable success... Or were you just being facetious?

The roster is still stacked with talent. Some of the coaches may seem underwhelming now, but, until we see the product on the field, they deserve the benefit of the doubt.
Kray, I agree with Wrath that we won first two yrs with superior and superb talent, part Kap's debut, in spite of harbaw...and romn. But by mid 2013, it was obvious our HC knew no O. Worse, neither did his OC, who was indescribably bad....inferior at best. So when the wheels started coming off in 2013, things had already been in chaos for some time. The loss in the playoffs , again, plus the pizz poor attempt at coaching a team he really wasn't invested in...that's chaos. And it kept building right up until that miserable S.O.B. and his schidt can OC left.

Now, finally, we can start again, again with loads of talent and a guy who cares. Temper tantrum harbaw was done here 2 yrs ago. The rest was chaos.
lol just found this out

Aubrayo Razyo Franklin is a former American football defensive tackle and is currently an assistant coach for the San Francisco 49ers.

He had to pay money to play, I've never heard of that happening before. I'm sure that played a role in his ineffectiveness.

If Aldon is healthy, and plays all year, how many sacks do you honestly think he ends up with?

If Justin plays next to him 15-18 sacks.

If not 10-12 sacks
When Harbaugh put his staff together I recall negative comments about Fangio, Donatel, and other key members of the defensive side of the ball. There were fewer complaints about the offensive side. So I'll hold my opinion until we see what this staff can do with the team. I do like some of the individuals but will they be good as a collective? Fangio was able to get the most out of his coaches...I hope Mangini can do the same.

On the offensive side of the ball I can't see any way that this group would be worse.

I saw a few players roll their eyes in Harbaugh's second season. I was wincing too and hoping JH would move on from that but it never happened.

Haha, yes. I like that type of chaos.

I believe we get to ten wins

I doubt York would have been able to fire JH in this scenario
