Such a great DL coach and seems like a good dude. Was just way in over his head as a head coach.

he rode the coat tails of cowboy and aldon especially cowboy and had the best linebackers in the nfl at the time. he was clueless worthless , hopeless,useless and dickless.. screw him and double screw the owners for having no plan to bring in someone better than jh with a roster that was still pretty good. f**k him
