The "wait and see" approach is what I'm doing, and for good reason. If the coaches we're hearing about are indeed going to be in the roles it appears they've been hired, I won't be surprised at all to see them and the team overall be very successful this year and beyond. If you really know about most/all of these coaches and have really followed NFL football for the past 20 years (or more like I have), you know these are very good football coaches at their respective roles they've been hired (again, assuming what we're hearing is correct). I don't know much about Logan, to be honest, but what I've read/heard about since he's been mentioned recently I've liked - he sounds like what this team needs, a pure teacher in coaching up the QBs, lending insight into the O scheme, etc. Yes, the pressure is on Baalke but nothing has changed there - it always is as it is with every other GM. The great news is this: The roster
is already supremely talented with great talent coming back this year that was injured last year (veterans and including much of last year's draft class, which has some promising players that I'm looking forward to seeing compete and contribute to this team...guys like B. Thomas, K. Reaser, K. Acker, K. Ramsey, T. Millard, etc.). Also, we'll see what additional talent is brought in via Free Agency and this year's draft...the Niners will be adding a top talent in drafting at #15 and will add good additional talent in the subsequent rounds thereafter. So, "wait and see"? Hell yes, and for reasons such as all the above I know I'm being realistically optimistic.
