I don't have to watch that game anymore or Philadelphia fans or Sirianni's face.

Ballpark 19 M cap space?

Trying to figure it out. Shows they have 13mil in 2023 and 16mil currently….so is it going to be 29mil after rollover ?

I thought the 16mil was the projected figure with the rollover?

If so then after a couple of restructures/extensions I expect we'll have closer to 30mil to work with.

Not sure. Thought they announce the final rollover # later

Yeah I'm not sure either, but OTC did have an article a couple of weeks ago stating they had started making adjustments to their 2023 cap space for each team based on incentives earned/not earned, future contracts etc and that was before the official cap announcement.

So they have started accounting for 2023 at least, but not fully there yet and even then it's just projected.

Safe to say imo that either way we'll have a minimum of around 30mil in the cap available, always hoping for more.

Jesus, you could do an entire Missing Rings season on the times the 49ers came up short in the championship game (13 if you include the two Super Bowls)

  • 1970/71 - First loss to Dallas (17-10).
  • 1971/72 - Second loss to Dallas (14-3).
  • 1983/84 - Two bs penalties gave Washington the game (24-21).
  • 1990/91 - The fumble that killed the three-peat (15-12).
  • 1992/93 - Third loss to Dallas (30-20).
  • 1993/94 - Fourth loss to Dallas (38-21)
  • 1997/98 - 49ers got Favre'd (23-10).
  • 2011/12 - Kyle Williams, nuff said (20-17).
  • 2012/13 - Sherman tipped for interception (23-17).
  • 2021/22 - Tartt drops an easy interception (20-17).
  • 2022/23 - Purdy injures his elbow (31-7)

11 losses in 18 appearances. God, that's so depressing.

😭

man the thread says Positive people lol
If Brock wasn't injured, that would be a silver lining in all this. The hope is he can recover and be the same or better and compete next season.

and a real organization cashes in. 7-11 is buffalo bills incompetent.

west coast buffalo bills.
I envy each and everyone of you that have witnessed a Niners Super Bowl win. All I've experienced is heartache and pain
If there is one thing this season teaches us:
With an competent QB this Offense can drive - and produce lots of points.
The Defense is unbelievable.

Looking good for next season compared to last season when we only knew the JimmyG "Offense"

preseason is in august...
My current silver lining is that the organization will do something drastic at the QB position this offseason. The team is too stacked and and should not be wasted. Brady, Rodgers, Steve Young, who knows. I feel something will happen and it will at least get me excited

Watch SB29 on YouTube. Thats how it was supposed to look like if Purdy didn't get hurt.

Either way, the silver lining is that life will still go on, and there will always be next season!
