Guys, look where Brock is and what he has accomplished at only 24 years of age.Astounding. We are always going to be contenders barring significant injuries.

If they dont upgrade the oline it wont last.

Need to upgrade the OL, no doubt about it. Williams & Banks have the left side anchored down well…any improvements at any of the other spots would be welcomed and needed.

It's unfortunate to say the Niners had the worst OL of all three of their playoff opponents. That includes KC missing their excellent guard Thuney.

Reasons not to feel so down about this loss IMO:
1) Top 5 Defense in Minnesota.

2) Bad record vs Minnesota , ever since Farve threw that last second game winning bomb.

3) freak INT off of Juicecheck.

4) freak blocked Punt.

5) red zone problems

6) Million dollar AIYUK NOWHERE to be found.Half asking routes.
7) LONG , LONG , LONG season ahead.
All of these factors, yet the niners ALMOST pulled off a win.

The positive:

We have been so good, I forgot about this thread.
No significant injuries (aside from CMC situation) is definitely silver lining. At one point I was worried Bosa might be out several games... and Kittle carted off also scared the shizz outta me

Lol that's your silver lining. I'm got to tape over the 2023 SB with the 1984 SB and pretend we won

LOL!

Both have Superbowls to claim in the last decade. If we had won in 2019 or 2023, maybe that sense of urgency doesn't exist.

Look at the Chiefs. Cruising to lucky wins. They don't even care because they have 3 rings to boot. They play carefree and it shows. Look at us. You can see the stress that all the players have. There's an aura of uncertainty because this has been the best roster over the last half decade and they have nothing to show for it.

I know there's a lot of Kyle fans around these parts, but I can't imagine the Yorks and Paraag continuing to overpay players only to watch lesser teams hoist SB trophies. We already have one of Kyle's disciples with a ring (McVay), wait until one of his previous coordinators gets one. Shanny will be out.

He will get us to the playoffs so they won't fire him yet. If he keeps calling games like he did this week, then it will happen in a couple of years.
I noticed nobody has brought up the fact that we played on a short week, flying halfway across the country and playing a morning game. That's a lot of things that are definitely gonna screw up your execution, which was the difference in the game. We were still in it to win it, so I feel pretty good about the rest of the season

Glass is half full moment. Eventually Kyle or the next head coach will have wr's shiftier than a Buick. It's Aiyuk on one side and literally Jennings and the fullback or Kittle on the other. 😆😆😆😆😆.
