Will there be a point, if Purdy continues to struggle, that you think the Niners may not even entertain bringing him back? It has been proven that this team can win with average QB player (Garoppolo).

Jimmy is that really you?

that's hard to fathom. he set the club record last year for passing. on a team that had the fewest pass attempts in football. he was a MVP candidate. this season he's pacing for 4600 yds and 20 Tds with a 95 rating. he's also loved by the club and the locker room.

Purdy will be back, there's no doubt about that. Kyle and Lynch would have to be moronic to let him go.

But didn't we see the same thing with past QB's like Kaepernick? He was our savior and was going to be the next hero and look what happened to him?

It's all about how you are performing NOW. The past is irrelevant.
A lot of this bad taste right now can quickly be wiped away if the 49ers have a dominate win against Seattle where Purdy looks sharp.

So that is all I'm hoping for now. After that we can hope to get CMC back and major things will change for the better.

Really sucks right now, but it can change quickly this week.

If not...YIKES....
Purdys contract is getting a discount.

The West is terrible.

With the way things are going, Purdy better hope he still has a starting job at the end of the season. He is making too many mistakes IMHO

Lol...ok Captain over reaction...

I legit laughed out loud at that.
Purdy is not the problem! The O-Line needs to be better and the Defense has been through 4 DC's in the last 5 years. And that's not counting the injuries effecting continuity. Just bad things happening at the wrong time. It's football and they still have time to get players back and get on a roll. It sure sucks to watch this though. JMHO Go Niners

We're 2-3 when we could easily be 4-1.

all true. There is a lot of bad luck.

It's hard to change bad luck. It just happens. While we're finding ways to lose the Chiefs are finding ways to win.

Games against horrible teams like that shouldn't come down to luck. That's indicative of a bad, underachieving, losing team.

" SEASON FEELS WEIRD " ... as Ward indicated... it feels weird because this team is playing just like how KS10 envisioned it to play under STALEY..
Thank god they re-signed Dee Winters
