- rookies are getting some good playing time
- rest of the NFCW looks pretty bad
- we get CMC, Greenlaw back - both automatically improve their side of the ball + Feliciano back, who should replace Brendel
- this time last year we were in the middle of a 3 game losing streak; and in 2022 we were 3-4 as well

I wouldn't really count on Greenlaw making an impact this year. Off an achilles injury he might not be the same player again ever again, let alone this year.

I also don't see Feliciano outright replacing Brendel. Feliciano has played like zero snaps since the superbowl.

CMC is a ticking time bomb of an achilles tear. The question with him is when and not if...

I do agree about rookies getting some burn. Seems to be the only way they can get on the field is through injuries.
* We will have a very high draft pick we could use on an OT.....

* But we will pick yet another WR.....
Reinforcements coming back. They could be getting healthy at the right time while other teams catch the injury bug late in the season. 49ers just need to hover around .500 and go on a 5/6 game winning spree after the bye.

Bills Packers Bucs Seahawks Lions. Plus games vs teams we lost (Rams Cards).

not convinced we're one CMC away from becoming an nfc juggernaut

Greenlaw at 70% is better than Campbell, DFF and Winters

we were 3-4 the year we went to the NFC Champion game, then ran out of QBs

just saying, it's a long season

Agreed, I just dont think hes going to be even at 70%
we don't have to face KC anytime soon. DAL is a get right game. teams just go off on Dallas.
We have a number of players that are not contributing and can be traded.

Just like the Pats game was the get right game, as was the Seattle game…

The team doesn't have it. The key contributors are old, overpaid, and/or not that talented.

Greenlaw on one good wheel is probably still better than Campbell. Plus we need his fire. Our D just seems soft other than what Mustapha did today.

Green, Hufanga, YGM and CMC will make a difference. If we get healthy at the right time and other teams become real unfortunate as we are now, then you never know. Plus, if the rookies keep making contributions...ya never know

Indeed. But we can't afford anymore major injuries. The chemistry isn't there and it doesn't help with flip flopping guys in n out
