I looked at th standings and I noticed that the 49ers plus/minus in scoring i the best in the division even though they're last in the standings. They're still the best team with the best talent in the division but those 4th quarter collapses over shadow that. It's been a weird year with strange things happening to the team from the first day of training camp.

Madden curse is real evidently. Other than that we still have 7 more games to root for the Niners. Win or lose " Always Faithful " is what I'm going with Happy Holidays everybody !!!!!

Silver lining - the season ends in 7 games

Not a whole lot to be excited about this season, but I guess with how poorly they've played coupled with a laundry list of impactful injuries and poor luck they've lost their 5 games by a total of 21 points and KC game accounted for 10 points. Just been that kind of season where they are 5-5 when shoukd be sitting at 8-2. . Sucks

This year has just felt different since TC. Not to
mention they've continued to look like s**t after the bye and somehow seem to be getting less healthy . Figured we would have at least seen some signs of life at this point. We shall see

yeah there is a different feeling.. but that 2-4 start in 2021 was pretty bad also.. who knows..

Well 8-2 with this broken roster still wouldnt have mattered.

Would have been fools gold like the eagles last year

Hopefully the 2024 draft class is as good as we think. I am hopeful for Pearsall and Cowing but not sold on either. Puni is the best player in the class for sure and gaining valuable experience.

IG has looked good at times but Shanahan doesn't wanna use him...blitz pickup issues I guess. The DBs are getting valuable experience and hopefully they can take the next step. Evan Anderson has been good as well.

These guys could all end up starting next year except IG. Hopefully KS can find some more creative ways to get the ball to his speedy rookies and not put them in positions to make mistakes.
