Silver lining is that the season is almost over. Come January there will be time to step back and evaluate everything. Next year's team is gonna look very different no matter how the offseason goes.

we can justifiably put the following on IR:
T. Williams, Bosa, McCaffrey, Warner... maybe Kittle (been beat up all year)
thus, carrying out a "silent tank"
and
2. young guys get experience (Purdy included)
