We basically are. Same record I think. Also they've won a SB more recently than us.

Every loss is one step closer to Shanahan getting fired.

Letting Watters walk without a backup plan was ridiculous and Floyd's knee injury really killed the team.
if Green can figure out the in-breaking routes he'll be a damn good CB for us
Puni still looks good

Khalil Davis (the guy from Houston) flashed a couple of times in the beginning of the game

thats about it ?
We will be getting a top 10 pick and a 4th place schedule - good chance to bounce back if other dominos fall into place
While some live in false hope most of us know deep down that the season is over so now we can enjoy the game without the pressure.

Correct, now we hope for losses though for a better pick

There is no silver lining for this year. Overall, the team has headed down. We have a spattering of plays that might have bright futures: Mason, Green, Lenoire..but we have a lot more players that are massively overpaid and on the downside of the career

Yep. We just witnessed the end of an era for 49ers football. Trent Williams gonna retire and Deebo gone.Kyle doesn't have a great qb to take up the slack if CMC is done. Back to the doldrums..,🫤

There is a silver lining, actually. We won't be picking 28-31 for another draft. That is a silver lining.

Given the regime's penchant for terrible drafting there are dark clouds over that silver lining.
This team became a joke once the Yorks took ownership.. None of you will EVER see another Dynasty established as long as the Yorks are running this once proud franchise. Keep getting your hopes up though. 🥱
