So glad Kyle and Lynch aren't getting greedy in OTAs by wanting to be at maximum health going into TC.

Long Term. Our plan is to be the best team in 2022 not 2017.

True, and was that due to a new trainer as Kyle's/ John's first move, or was it just by chance? To me it was pretty obvious we needed new blood, better blood, at Trainer. Funny how we get thru OTAs with no injuries. In previous yrs, that just didn't happen.

I think the most fascinating thing atm is how high everyone is on our D.
I think the transition this year from worst to first on tis side of the ball will ave sports journalists screaming from the rafters and it splashed all over Sports illustrated and ESPN, but you heard it first on this site.

I like how there's really no expectations from the outside world, I think that will work to our advantage!

Isnt it interesting, life is always about expectation management. If you expect nothing, and get something, even if it is a small amount, you feel successful.
The Ego doesn't want to have; the Ego wants to want.
And at the moment as a 9er fan; based on last year's performance we have zero expectations.
Anything that happens that is positive is a bonus.

It always does IMO. We HAVE to start out fast for any chance of .500 or better . Take advantage of being the semi unknown of the league and take advantage of the wrinkles will implement on both sides of the ball. I like the way we matchup against the rest of the NFC West, it's gonna be a super highly competitive but an old school boxing slugfest that's not that pretty to watch but you know you're witnessing a great matchup as each team tries to squeak out a victory.

Remember back to our first Superbowl win. We came from nowhere the year before. It was like WHO are these guys.

Pierre Garcon is as good as any Wide Receiver in the NFL. We get to watch him dominate this year in 49er colours.

Good Old Mike Shanahan was standing just off the field with his arms folded observing practice.
Trent Baalke WAS NOT standing just off the field with his arms folded observing practice.
Solid Silver.
