The Silver Lining Thread (positive people come on in!)

There's definitely something in the air, not only do us fans notice it but the players are buying in and feeling it too, which makes me even more excited. Whens the last time we had so many of our young defensive players training and seeking out knowledge from established successful vets from around the league, and even retired greats. Add in our starting qb having a session with the receivers on there own time shows that this wildfire of excitement is spreading through our team and its gaining momentum, im pumped...cant wait for the season to start!...this is because of you Shanny/Lynch

You have to be smart to build a perennial winner. Smart is not trying to out power everybody at this level. Smart is not trying to have your quarterback win with his legs instead of his head. Smart is taking a crap roster and giving yourself three years to build a powerhouse. Smart is an offense that targets a defensive player in scheme that makes whichever way he goes wrong. Smart is having a qurterback with a quick enough mind and
offensive knowledge to make him pay for being wrong. Smart is making the start of every play unreadable as to whether it is a run or pass. Smart is building the roster with players that have a chance to help win championships in a few years, even if that means placeholders fill positions in year one. Smart is coaching attention to detail, such as insisting the OL holds the run blocks on play action. Smart is making sure everyone knows the importance of the details of their jobs and understands why they must do it, and not just to do it. Smart is holding people accountable. Smart is not having favorites. Performance rules, so everyone has a shot. Smart is setting defenses up with the same look but different play for the home run or critical first down.

Hey welcome aboard my man.. keep bringing that good 49ers juju coming! We need every advantage possible... I'd love for our fan base to rally and establish a legit home field advantage. We gotta get back to that, hopefully we stun Carolina week 1 and we get some good noise going to have some momentum.

This thread was made January of 2015... So glad we took over and keeping control of the webzone when theres so many debbie downers around lol.

The lakers forum im on is fighting about ball and people hyping up lonzo too much...one guy even quit after years and he was the projecting analytics guy who had a good basketball mind. Crazy what some egos,being turned off by fighting optimists and difference of opinion can do to some people lol.

We get its not all sunshine and rainbows...but IMO we have to be our personal psychologists and having an energetic,good moral and upbeat/positive personality is key in life.
