exactly, like i said. the stickem that used 20-30 years ago, is nothing compared to the gloves these players get to use today.

I love how florio keeps writing articles about how everyone is ignoring this "cheating revelation"....The fact that he has to continue to write this should clue him in that's it's really not that big of a deal and what Jerry was referring to was not stick en but an adhesive spay. As much as I wish it would, it's not gonna send any kind of message. Florio hates us and censors comments that question him. He won't give one s**t, the troll will probably like it if he even notices, which he wouldn't.

At the end of the day, Jerry Rice's overall body of work is so good that you literally cannot talk s*** about him. His comments and attitudes are open for debate but for strict production on the field, the dude was ridiculous.

We cry about AJ Jenkins and even Crabtree at times. Jerry Rice at age 40 was doing stuff Jenkins could only dream of, and his stats are better than all but Crab's 2012 season -- he had a 1000 yard season with Oakland. Just think about that for a second.

So the issue of whether other WRs had might have had more natural talent (Moss, TO, Fitzgerald, Cris Carter, Calvin Johnson, Sterling Sharpe, etc) or maybe they had worse QBs/coaching is really irrelevant. Rice maximized his talent more than any other football player in the history of the universe, and that alone is simply remarkable.

And on the issue of stickem, you either can catch the ball or you can't. You think Vernon with gloves and stickem is gonna be a 90 catch TE in any offense?

That's not correct, Mueller Sports makes Stickum and they do have an aerosol spray, I've used it for many years for racquetball although don't know if that's what Rice used...and no way that was the Stickum used by guys back in the 70s when it was yellow, pasty globs on their jerseys, socks, etc.

Florio is one pathetic piece of crap so desperate to make this into news but yet no one cares n thats why i bet it eats him up news feed after news feed n yet no satisfaction because its a none issue.
