All this number stuff is like a Nicholas Cage movie.
Dang man. I think something to put the icing (really I mean poop) on the cake would be if they traded kap after deciding all the losses have made them re-evaluate where they are and where they ca be in terms of completing with the rest of the league.
Well this isn't really a surprise but I'm sure Cowboy will officially announce his retirement in the next few days with the way things have been going. I think and am afraid that Bowman and Reid are next as has been stated because of Bowman's terrible knee injury and Reid's multiple concussions. I really hope that isn't the case though because they are great players and those 2 plus Bethea are the leaders of our D now.
Set back in Bowman's recovery. It'll be another 9 weeks before he's due to come back. IR.

The Yorks sell the team to Clay Bennett who subsequently moves to the team to Oklahoma City and retains the rights to the team name, "49ers".

At this point nothing would shock me. The Willis retirement was shocking enough, but Borland retiring after 1 year feels like were on "Punk'd".

Its unheard of. Coffee retiring was shocking at the time, and he sucked. Even Worilds and Locker had some kind of careers under their belt.

Borland retiring at 24, with no major health concerns, right before hes about to start a great NFL as a starting player...its baffling.

It would make more sense if players were actually fleeing the organization like a sinking ship, but Darnell Dockett, Torrey Smith, and Reggie Bush all seemed convinced early on in the process that they wanted to be here. Rumors of a dumpster fire situation circulate the league quickly, so theres no way the word in the industry says were a disaster zone if bigger name free agents felt comfortable signing here.

Were just having about 5 offseasons worth of tough luck happen at once.

Seems like the bad luck started against the Giants and kyle Williams and has snowballed continuously until our entire identity was smashed to bits. All we have to look on our recent "success" is 3 gut wrenching loses in the final seconds of championship games. If nothing else next season could be kind of funny.
Susweel will be suspended.
Every player traveling to OTAs dies in a plane crash. (Probably a little extreme.)
Justin makes it official and retires.
So, I've been gone for a couple hours....Aldon kill anyone yet or did Staley blow an ACL getting groceries? This s**t is beyond ridiculous.

Oh so it's your fault!
Amazing offseason for any team the last 20 years
funny how all of these incidents are on the defensive side besides gore and miller.

I'm just dumbfounded at the stuff that has happened to this team in all the offseasons after SB47.

It's a bit easier to plug in talent on defense than trying to replace guys offensive side. That's a bit of good thing for our GM.
