More evidence you only read your own posts. I've literally supported your stance on this the entire time. I also recognized that if your unit pass protection isn't fixed you end up with Russell Wilson every year and those hits are at the top right there with us. Why? Because we have THAT kind of unit pass protection. Your mobile QB will help. But you're looking to have it cover up a crappy PP OL far far far too much. And as a rookie, that's just unfair.

WHERE DID I SAY COVER IT UP!?

Now you're reading your own posts lol....you interpret what people say in here as it being against what you want lol.

goodbye

Of course it's going to cover up some of the fails of the pass protection issues.

The question is by how much?

Let's take the basic QB hits as an example. The extremes of like-mobile QB's.

Behind our current unit pass protection (because you know it's probably not changing any), how much will Zack Wilson help us in your opinion?

Kyler Murray - 41
49ers - 100
Russell Wilson - 102

only goalposts moved are yours constantly...the fact that you have the balls to say that is hilarious

I can't handle your thick headedness on this subject anymore. Just when I feel like we have some sort of common ground, you throw out more dumb s**t to backup your stance... you're too deep to change it at this point.

I'm done with you in here on this subject, it's pointless to have a convo with you about it.

Funny given my stance has been exactly the same for like 12 years on this topic. And it's been a validated concern annually. There's literally nothing for me to move as it's simple black and white: our unit pass protection is a real problem and a top need annually.

Lol it goes from OL to unit pass protection and your QB hit stat from last yr to this yr and how you applied to everything is a prime example of moving goal posts.

Whatever helps push the narrative, now we're using grant tweets lol.

Like I said no point in having a productive convo with you on this subject. You're too stubborn for it too happen.

Is what it is, I'm done with ya on this subject...it's pointless.

The funny thing, on this simple topic, you don't need any of the evidence presented over all these years.

You just need to be a fan to see it. Do you even fan? Haha

Finally, some protection for our QB! It's usually just a turnstile.

Or is that our new QB running circles around the defender?

Haha. I like that perspective too.
Alright, this is about the 8th time I dive into a topic and 5 minutes later David Lombardi covers it on Twitter. LOL. Fess up!

Alright David air yards don't equal a good QB but the threat of deep passes loosens up defenses for the running game to succeed.

You should talk. I'm pretty sure all you said was don't draft Jaire Alexander and I tried to convince you otherwise.

We should have listened to you. But after the Bears took Roquan I just didn't know who else we could take that clearly was the best available player.

Shame on you.
