25. Trey Lance throws an 5-yard incompletion in the flat to Elijah Mitchell. The defensive line appeared to stunt Nick Bosa to the interior, where he worked against Jake Brendel, and the defensive line got pressure on the play.

No one currently on the roster is pushing MM for that RT spot. If MM earns a new contract with the 49ers, that makes one less position we need to fill. We have no idea how many years TW has left in him. We don't want to end up having to replace both tackle spots and center in the next couple of years unless we absolutely have to. Remember, we won't have a 1st rounder until 2023. We should use that to grab someone that can be groomed to take Trents spot when he does decide to hang it up.
