This line is missing Armstead, Hurst, and Kinlaw is on a pitch count with a slew of back-up like Hyder and Barrett playing inside because we're suddenly thin there. They might be practicing against the better depth at DL in the league. The tackles might be playing against elite talent but not the IOL. I've read this in a few camp reports and although it's catchy to say, it doesn't reflect what's actually happening on the field.
the DL has been also running stunts with Bosa going up the middle.. i guess Bosa sucks now

So there are camp reports. Please post the report where they're doing this in camp. There are so many eyes at practice, not once have I read "Brunskill having issues with Bosa" or "Brendel can't stop Bosa on a stunt."

That would be helpful than "because I say so" but you have a well-known reputation for spinning things out of thin air bro.

I'll wait.

25. Trey Lance throws an 5-yard incompletion in the flat to Elijah Mitchell. The defensive line appeared to stunt Nick Bosa to the interior, where he worked against Jake Brendel, and the defensive line got pressure on the play.

One play out of literally 30 snaps and you're still calling this DL full of starters? Oh I see because Bosa stunts once, that's stunting all the time.
So you went the IOL wasn't facing competition, myth busted, to only one play out 30 from one practice..

and you say i spin s**t.. lol

what a joke

And still no Brunskill tested by "starters" .... but I'll let you finish.

Yes 49ersATT, yes you do spin s**t.

Only Brendel once out of sixty-eight snaps and no Brunskill. So hyperbole again or no?
i like that spin job GM.. keep it going

That's good news.

I bet he has his best season as a pro in both RBLCK and PBLCK. If that happens, I also bet they resign him.

Laken fell way off in the post season. Even worse in pass pro but in run blocking as well. If MM has a good regular season then follows that up with an ugly post season like Laken. Then yes, they will let him walk also

First part...yes!

Second part, I highly highly highly doubt it. But rub it in my face if they pay him.

Very very unlikely they pay MM no matter how well he plays in a contract year.

Ryan Ramczyk - $19,200,000 APY
Brian O'Neill - $18,500,000
Lane Johnson - $18,000,000
Braden Smith - $17,500,000
Taylor Moton - $17,000,000
Chukwuma Okorafor - $9,750,000

BTW, what a drop off from Moton to Okorafor. LOL

They'll be drafting a first round RT again.

No one currently on the roster is pushing MM for that RT spot. If MM earns a new contract with the 49ers, that makes one less position we need to fill. We have no idea how many years TW has left in him. We don't want to end up having to replace both tackle spots and center in the next couple of years unless we absolutely have to. Remember, we won't have a 1st rounder until 2023. We should use that to grab someone that can be groomed to take Trents spot when he does decide to hang it up.

I'd totally get that take. Kyle does love MM!

But outside TW, it just doesn't seem to be their M.O. and both Bosa and Aiyuk could be up for extensions too.

First steps, first though!

Yes. True. I know, MM has to prove it first.

Personally, with Mike's durability issues, unless MM makes it through this (potentially) 22 game season relatively healthy - I agree with you - I'm betting they let him walk.
