It sounds like he's going to get lots of help which usually means eliminating a receiver for Brock but that's probably a fair trade off.

Good luck Colton! We're going to need you to play at a high level.

"I don't think we're going to leave him one-on-one every single play. Not going to give you all of our game plan, but we're going to help him out as much as we can." ~ Kittle

"Colton obviously I'm sure is going to feel it, I'm going to feel it for him if he's not feeling it." ~ Foerster

"Like any other guy would be, you get a lump in your throat," Foerster said of McKivitz. "You know it's going to be a challenge, it's going to be a full day of work."

TJ Waat has a legit argument for DPOY unless you're a top 3 OL of course you re scared and will be a bit outmatched

If kittle plays he will be in there to help lol

No doubt about that one. A lot. Unless they trust the other TE's again in PP.

But maybe that's not a bad thing if Kittle is injured like always.

I can see why you guys didn't take the bet.

PM's legs are already tired. Good luck staying healthy this year.

Refs still tried to bail that OL out though numerous times. Sad.
Same ol chiefs, drops again were the difference like the SB loss

Well, with Bosa in the house, he'll give McKivitz some heads up about what Watt can do to him. At least get McKivitz prepared for the speed and power he's going to be facing on Sunday.

I think the 28+ or so cap space (as AB81 said) is for frontloading Bosa's contract so they can retain Aiyuk next year. Having said that, if McKivitz isn't doing to well - they have (I think) the option for trading for a Rashaun Slater level OT with that cap space and draft capital that they currently have. We'll see.

Agree about the TE's. I think a TE on McKivitz side (not necessarily Kittle) it could be Juice, it could be Willis, Dwelly, or Woerner chip blocking Watt, doesn't necessarily take that potential receiver out of the passing game for the whole play. Just delay it a bit. Well worth it if CMC, Deebo, Aiyuk, Kittle or Jennings can get free in a pinch for Brock.

Personally, the way McKivitz dealt with his previous start against Aaron Donald, and having Bosa in practice, - I think he'll be fine. Foerster's a good coach and has a good eye for talent. I hope we can keep him as an assistant coach for a long time. I don't think McKivitz will need a lot of help.

Personally, I'd just run the Counter Trey at Watt and have Big Trent *hall of fame* Williams road grade Watt, and not wishing injuries on anybody, but have Watt take a breather or 20 after being hit by Trent.

Haha. There were some brutal drops but thanks for proving my point about you not being able to see anything else beyond PM.

It's the other way around, you see wins as making the OL elite when PM is actually running around making things happen

I guess replacing an average Brown with an average Taylor moves them out of tier 1 and puts them on par with that decimate SB OL. Going yo need a tier streak soon 🤣

So you don't need to be a tier 1, just a streak

Oh, but I thought PM can transcend all that. LMAO

You two are 2 for 2 on proving my point today.

I guess Brandon Thorn was right again.

Whatever happens, happens. I'm excited either way to see how he and the whole OL plays. How Kyle game plans for the pressure. How he'll adjust. How Brock does, the outlets, our YAC boys, etc. Great first test.

If they kick ass, we might be on the path to #6.

Im sorry are you saying he didn't? His OL got absolutely demolished, and he made the throw time & time again. He can't also catch the ball for his WRs, that's a different question.

The chiefs OL got beat like a drum inside & outside. Their elite line. But just as in years past, for all that pressure, guess how many sacks the lions had? I'll give you a hint, it was the same amount the eagles had when they were on his ass in the sb
