Any update on the injury he suffered?

He came back into the game. He only missed one play that I can recall.

Oh no doubt, the end results look amazing. But this is the OL thread. Any concerns going forward? Or is it manageable? Nothing that could be exploited going forward that could affect the end result?

Have to see if it's McKivitz or Watt. Next week will be a better barometer.

Watt was pretty much shut down until the game was already decided. Then watt had some injections at halftime

No lies were detected.

I didn't see the game yet but it sounds like McKivitz was McKivitz and Burford had a few untimely penalties? Is TW OK?

Overall, it sounds like the line held up enough against a very good opponent? But there are some concerns.

Nearly 400 yards and 30 points. I'll take that as enough.

Could have 3 yards in a half like Seattle did.

Just the same as we had in preseason..Right side holes. Not as bad as I thought it would be, needs work. Just don't want it to take us out of number 6.

Donte Whitner said that d coordinators will do everything to stop the run and when they go to passing downs attack McKivitz. I agree with what he said. Hope he progresses.

They gonna have to trade for a RT

No one is trading us a quality RT lol. You can get quality at other spots, but not tackle in season. There aren't 64 starting caliber tackles in the league. Nobody is going to trade one, without there being some major issue.

We just gonna pray on a quality RT somehow becoming available before the trade deadline.

They don't get traded.

Unfortunately your right we would have to get lucky on that one. Hope we do find one though.

We got lucky on an undrafted guy that showed massive potential at LT, potential RT but cut him to keep Zakejl

Don't panic. first start....against #3 pass rusher in the NFL. McKV nervied out, and shanked it. he'll be all right. Wait until week 4 too judge.

The question is, can brock's arm stay healthy until then.

Didn't see a lot of protection rolling his way. Is that on foerester or shanny?

Honestly, more worried about barford.

on the Cards PS right, we can get him anytime then
RT was the weak spot but it was TJ Watt. I'm willing to give him a few games to see where's he's at.

Well, unless Watt averages 3 sacks/game you have your answer. Judging him against inferior edge rushers will only give a false sense of security, since the team won't face inferior ERs in the playoffs.

You judge him over a body of work. Not a game. Dan Brunskill could stop Aaron Donald for a single game, but that didn't make him an All Pro guard. We'll know more in a few weeks.
