Breaking the line off @ 3 players again, goes against the fool's gold you were selling in previous years about how "only Unit PP matters."

That includes all 5 and you were adamant about it,....but look @ how easy you/ve made it to break your own rules, lol.

Everything is "tier" now and some here are really being suckered into thinking it's something....which is kinda frightening.
no one is being suckered, we're going with it as there are a lot of holes in that also.

it evolved from needing a for sure #1 OL,
to #1 OL+Depth,
to Tier 1 OL,
to Tier 1 OL+ tier 1 Def,
to Tier 1 OL + tier 1 Def + tier 1 QB,
to Tier 1 OL + tier 1 D + elite level QB play,
to "why don't you want these things!"

i probably have missed more but these are the easiest that i could remember

We're almost tier 1 LT - C.

this is what I am thinkin NC
and consider where Brendel and Banks were
but coach Shanny believed in those guys, and let them work thru it, like with Burford and McK they are up next, to grow and improve as we go forward here
lot of it is 5 guys, playing as one, takes time

Definitely. No true judgement here until week 8.

06)BAL
07)ARI
08)CLE
09)GB

Yeah…. NGL, this list seems way off.

Id trade our OL for the Eagles OL easily.

I made 2 lists. One was based on pass protection. The other based on run blocking. I took the ranking of each category and added them up then divided by two. For those O line's that had the same average ranking, I positioned them according to who has the better pass pro.
Wow, O line rankings are all over the place, but most consider Dallas, Detroit, Philly among the best, while San Francisco is near the bottom in almost all.

Nice. I was going to not believe if you're answer was, "I watched the games". I'm not questioning your ranking, I was legit curious how you came up with the list.

Lol pretty much. Don't forget tier 1 DBs too, he's mentioned that as well.

Must be nice to think NFL franchises can be ran like Madden

The 49ers O line is ranked 21st in pass pro and 1st in run blocking. While the eagles O line is ranked 24th in pass pro and 6th in run blocking.

How did you determine the pass blocking and run blocking lists?

Philly is ranked 24th in pressure rate and has given up 7 sacks in 2 games. I don't think any of those rankings are based on actual results.
