Hard disagree on this one. Lenoir might get beat some but he has stretches of competence and makes a big time play here or there. Burford appears clueless to me, tripping over other linemen constantly, getting beat inside on pass-pro, I'm not sure he's an NFL caliber starter and he's probably the only starter on the team I would say that about and their respective positions.

But he did show good play last year. Both are getting penalized too much, both are struggling at the little things. I see both being propped up by their surrounds talent at the moment.

Just an FYI for those worried about losing guys like Huf, Dre, AA, Aiyuk, Ward, & Banks, I did two articles today, kinda linking them together, I probably should have done 1 article, but wanted to get the views up, anyway here's the links.

My 2 newest articles for today, projecting contracts for Armstead, Greenlaw, & Ward, and then Aiyuk, Banks, & Hufanga.

Hope you are right but I'd still be cautious anyway.

I've stated I want a corner drafted 2nd. With that said, the hate against Lenoir is too much. He's a solid starter, but I recognize room for improvement.

Lenoir is every bit the problem Burford is right now. Both have lots of experience now and yet are still struggling at the little things.

Rewatching the Giants game McKivitz actually wasn't as bad as it was made out. Just needs to work on his hand placement.

McKivitz is actually OK and imo has shown improvement each week.

Burford is a bit of a head scratcher atm and more concerning. He is very inconsistent so far.

If you want a feel good perspective - you guys see McGlinchey? Wooooof McKivitz is blowing him away in PP. While I would have liked to see fresh blood competing at tackle, i wish for the next season, but am glad we dodged that bullet.

Mckivitz has given up 6 pressures on 107 pass snaps. McGlinchey has given up 13 pressures on 127 pass snaps.

McK- 5.6% pressure rate
McG- 10.2% pressure rate

I knew Denver was going to be trash when they over paid for MM. Whoever made that observation wasn't smart enough to have that job

There's a reason Broncos fans want George Paton fired, McGlinchey's terrible play, guys can't stay healthy like K'Waun Williams, and of course giving Wilson what he got. They also want Vance Joseph fired lol

70 points will do that to a fanbase.

As Phoenix said in another thread you don't have a guy fired twice by the same team too often.

For a fraction of the price and I would argue McKivitz is improving and will still improve... where McG has plateaued and will only get worse. My friend is a Broncos fan and lets just say he is not impressed.

It also shows how much Kyle's scheme helped players like Tomlinson (and playing next to TW) and McGlinchey so much. The second they leave here they fall off a cliff and have to stand on their own talent...which was never very high in truth. But they were average here.

Not the only players the scheme clearly helped.

Agreed. If we are fortunate enough to win it all I wonder if Trent would go out on top. Massive hole if thats the case, but of course we want this scenario lol.

First round next year is EASY for us. Best guy on the board out of C, G, Tackle.

Nah he has too much money on the horizon. Plus he had his year recovering from his surgery so his body isn't as old as his age. I expect him here thru 2025.

That's gonna be a tackle. None of the Centers are worth a 1st.

Good to know. I don't follow college and rely on you guys. Although, because Trent is here I wish they could find a start at Center. That type of player would make this offense comically good.
