Purdy's play has also helped the OL. He gets the ball out faster, he throws it to a more diverse area of the field, and he can move in and out of the pocket much more smoothly than previous Niner QBs of recent years. Defenses can't load the box. This also helps the run game.

OL is playing really well, but it's a true team sport and the OL-QB relationship is proving that out right now.

I remember when me and a few others were scolded on here for stating that a deep passing game would open up the run game more. Brock Purdy and CMC put LB's and S's in a bind. You can't cheat to stop the run and you can't drop too far back in coverage. Purdy is money in the 15-30 yard range and we are on pace to double our rushing TD's from 2019.
NC will never listen to the real SMEs

SMEs is the new hot term to shove down people's throats. Must have been mentioned on a recent podcast

What is SME?

Whoever aligns with his take at that moment. It's very fluid, much like tiers

I don't keep up with all the new acronyms or slang terms. I'm just not that hip. If NC stated what the acronym stood for, I currently have him on mute so I wouldn't be able to see it.

If only the rest would follow, we'd have real conversations in here again.

Lol. It stand for subject matter expert, but he's very particular on who he actually considers a true SME. Must align with him since he's the real SME

Watch the free preview video guys, just not the full film room one that touched on everything, but requires one to pay. 😂

Another great way to determine a true SME is to only watch/read the free snippets of their content, run with it when you think it supports your narrative and then repeatedly cite it as your primary source.

Nah, let's just listen to All, YAC, Hoov, 9ers4eva and Gore as SME's instead.

The arrogance.

No arrogance needed to know the team that played on Sunday can win the Superbowl. I don't need Bramdon Thorn to tell me so.
But if we are gonna talk about smes how about all the smes talking about how great this offense looks. Same offense that last year needed to change drastically. Now suddenly with an elite processor it looks unstoppable.

Give.me the elite QB and the rest can be figured out.

I thought McKivitz nearly got beat on that play. Brock got off the pass, but McKivitz did enough to give Brock the time he needed. McKivitz got thrown off at the top of 90's pass rush. Holy smokes #90 (just looked it up) was Demarcus Lawrence. wow. McKivitz did a lot better than I credit him for.

Oh, no doubt. The goal is always to get a FQB and let's be honest. He's playing at the highest level of the league right now.

And how do you think the OL, unit pass protection and run blocking helping?

We know what Kyle 2.5s scheme does.

Gee what a surprise
