Meh, down 17, and it took a herculean effort to erase that 17 point lead. Lions Coaching mistakes - going for it on fourth down and our defense stopping them was key. It was a very very close win. Brock's runs were key to overcoming that 49er OLine talent deficit. Lion's don't have an equivalent scrambling QB like Brock. Spread was 10 points, won by 3.

Sure but that can be had in day 3.

Agree, I'd be happy with *any* OLine, even Day 3, if he's a quality backup/potential left tackle starter. Maybe a McKivitz 2.0 for the left tackle spot to back up Trent. Hopefully he develops into a Quality Left Tackle in two years or so. *before* Trent Retires.

Well if we can get a Day 3 DJ Jones, I'm game.

What headache? You need both. And half of the "formula" damn near worked enough again for year 8 in a row. LOL. Hell, Goff even played "good enough" to win if not for the coaching decisions and critical drops (including DB's/Aiyuk).
Stupid take.
There's not a 9er fan left who doesn't want to improve our OL. My case was proven. Again.

Lol, what?
You've now got two teams with tier 2 OL's + tier 1 QB's playing in a Superbowl. A tier 1 OL + tier 2 QB damn near made it too. That's 8 years running of proof you need both.
How much more proof do you need in your Madden world?
TrenchWarfare and Brandon Thorn also proved very accurate throughout. Nothing is a perfect formula in the real world but this case has proven wildly accurate 8 years running.
We can NOW say officially, a tier 1 QB + tier 2 OL can win a Superbowl, simply because there was no tier 1 QB + OL combination this year like the previous 7 years.
BUT, you still need both. That's the key. That's been the key. Let's hear how 8 straight years of a clear pattern is "dumb?"
Now, tell us how ShanaLynch will now prioritize the OL starting next year. I'm all ears.
Since you admit you want to improve the OL yourself, you too are admitting you believe in this very concept: you need both. Irony?

McKivitz is battle tested like I said earlier and I never doubted him one bit. I don't think I even heard Hutchinson's name all game.

49ers are the FIRST team to erase a 17-point halftime deficit in a Conference Championship.

You clearly aren't paying attention to any kind of timeline.
