What fix in FA should they have done?

He has no clue

That's been my thinking. Maybe a tackle they like is there, so take him, but I keep seeing Barton and Johnson gone right before us and they are the two first round iol guys at this time. If they are gone along with the tackles, but a starting caliber corner fell... OK. Of course, imo that forces us to find a tackle/iol next round or two, but I would rather force it there than in round 1 since that corner should be the day 1 guy opposite ward and that keeps lenoir in the slot etc.

Same here. I'd have zero issues going CB if that's the BPA.

I thought the new Rams OL played well against us last year. Now they've added 2 G's in FA and will move their G to C to emulate KC . . . .

To emulate KC. Okay.

No one buys that

lol it's this whole "bless every offseason opinion" mantra just to be recognized. it's like draft order,...all about positioning.
My opinion is draft the best offensive lineman regardless of position unless a top player drops to 31 and is too good to pass up. I don't think it needs to be a tackle. If someone like Frazier or Barton is there take him and don't overdraft a Tackle just because you need a tackle. This draft is very deep at Tackle and you could get a future starter in round 2-4.

Taking Frazier at 31 is overdrafting

Not if the Cowboys take him first.

He is being mocked in the late 1st or early 2nd

Can you give it a rest. I think you just post to annoy people to be honest. Maybe just maybe you can wait until after the draft for you constant whining

Hes a mid 40s level guy. You shouldn't take that at 31. 9ers need to concentrate on maximizing draft pick value going forward instead of being focused on one guy and take him wherever they feel. Their biggest flaw.

Then we should trade back pick up some additional picks and grab him in our updated position. We do need to upgrade our o line and thanks to the football gods this is the draft to do that. Just don't know at the position we are at, 31st we can find a starter for next year at RG or a tackle that will help.

The only other way is to trade up to the mid 1st to grab a tackle there, if available.

So are the tackles we've all be talking about

listen just because you're taking the OT6/7 in this draft doesn't mean you're overdrafting. Any other draft and those guys go higher.

This draft is deep at OL across the board.
