How's it worse? Puni is clearly an upgrade. They got multiple IOL guys & everyone was b***hing about that.
Colton still stinks and Brendel is a low level starter. Nothing changes there.

It's not an overreaction. We all knew going into the season the offensive line was this teams biggest weakness, and it just got a little worse today.

Feliciano C and Puni RG. Making 2 spots better. Banks comes back and TW ends holdout. Now you have 4 / 5 solid spots. You don't want him injured. It makes us worse.

Kyle added Kingston also. As far as I know, he's also progressing. Thats two OLine picks for this draft class. Its a solid attempt at reinvigorating the OLine talent. It needs another draft cycle for the Left Tackle though.

Agree, if they are all healthy, that's a solid line.

Has anyone watched JTO's video on Purdy from the Saints game? Limited sample size, but what jumps off the tape is how bad Zakelj is. His mistakes show up on every single play. There's no way he should be on the roster (or even the practice squad).

I think we'll get a FA LT, or it'll be an internal option, they spent a high pick on GLinch and it was meh so I'm not sure they'll do it again.

Would imagine they will look to flip Elijah Mitchell or a late pick for a backup C

Agree, they might do a day 2 pick (Banks, Puni) because day 1 picks are generally reserved for the defensive line. It also depends on how the draft goes. They dropped a spot back after Baltimore picked Roger Rosengarten, and missed out on Suamatiea. (KC got him).

I'd say it's obvious they weren't concerned with "missing out" on him or they just would have picked him.

I thought the oline played well as a unit especially Puni, he is really going to help solidify the right side. Does a great job reacting and picking up blitzes/stunts

Kingston is a late round dart throw.
