I'm looking forward (in cringe sort of way) how Jaylon Moore does against the Jet's defense.

Lol.

I'm looking forward to see how the team rallies. This will be a good win if we can do it. I also wonder how Vegas sees us now.

I see the offense as middle of the pack without Trent. If anyone gets hurt, even worse.

if Trent just wanted guaranteed money with a small bump I feel like it would be done already. So he must want more.

They really cornered themselves with this but it's their own fault. Let him sabotage this season, that's what most will remember him for. Then they can trade him to a dumpster fire afc team next year.

With TW out a rookie whos never played a regular season nfl down is probably the best player along the line.

where is NC only he can save us now, we cast him out and look at what happened
He spun himself into an unstoppable vortex

lol I miss my o line buddy

Me too, last offseason we are in the same place as this year, scared of how far the O line will take us. They did better than thought however this year we are missing our only hope of everything to the left side.

I think he got tiered into that vortex as 49ATT said.

I can't see them falling out of top 10 because of that. Top 3 or 5 yes, but not top 10. If anything, I see the offense being less consistent. The line wasn't much with Trent. He was a cheat code with run blocking and pass pro on that side was great, but Purdy has issues everywhere else. What I hope for is that with Puni, Brock has cleaner pockets to step up into and McKivitz and Moore can just hold off rushers long enough.

Without Trent even I would have a hard time betting on my niners.

I want to see Moore get game reps against top competition, but not at the expense of Brocks career of course. He did ok subbing for Trent so I think he'll be OK for a game or two.

Thats my thoughts also. If Banks and Puni hold the middle and sustain a nice decent pocket for 2.5 seconds and the two OTs can slow the DEs down, Purdy should be able to still carve up defenses with those metrics.

The playoffs and KC are a different matter with Chris Jones though.

Ya I can't see us winning without him

Jones wrecks the middle. Puni will help big time. Maybe Feliciano gets in at center or even Zakelj at some point? But I think we upgrades IOL. What's scary is KC will have Charles Omenihu back if we play them again.
It's only one game for the 2024 NFL draft class rookie tackles, but both of the tackles that people wanted in the draft looked like ass last night.

I swear Kingsley Suamataia seemed to lose every pass pro rep when I focused on him. His stat sheet would be disgusting if not for Mahomes bailing him out many times. Lol at the broadcast putting together these "hightlights." Every rep is an L.

Yup both Kingsley and Rosengarten struggled mightily. Not unexpected either. I think Kingsley will have a lot of downs but there is upside. Ideally he shouldn't be starting though.

I didn't watch the game but it's game one for both so I'd assume they'd get better as the season wears on.

Brandon Parker kind of reminds me of the unhearalded, Feliciano last year. At least I hope Parker has the same trajectory with us as Feliciano last year. We need LT depth behind Trent.

That's why I wasn't mad when didn't select OT (did want Frazer (C) though with that pick)

But when you're taking the 10th best OL left on the board, and with a first round pick, that's just a mistake. Reaching for a need in the draft is never a good idea.

Agree 💯%, free agency is where you plug holes in your team. Then you go into the draft with the BPA mentality.
