Never understood the Banks pick as he is much better suited to a power run game than a zone

I'm not going to try and act like I know exactly what Lynch/Kyle was thinking. But it did appear as though they wanted to have Lance a dual threat QB and TDP a power runner for a lethal option threat. Instead we ended up with 2 busts and a decent LG who's better suited for a different scheme.

lol no he said blanket statements about how we need to address the Oline and everyone said yeah agreed. The Oline sucks but our Defense is a bigger issue

Right about what? That we need to spend elite picks & cash on guards? Puni was a 3rd rd pick. Banks was more than fine last yr and has been injured since TC. Ben Bartch stepped in and played more than fine. Colton hasn't been close to a disaster like everyone was assuming.

dude was wrong thinking IOL was the reason for anything bad. Not a single person disagreed with him that they shouldn't try to improve and develop the OL.
