They need a center, guard and right tackle if we are being honest. Stop investing un wrs that can't beat man and get some dudes that can open some running lanes. 91 on the rams tossed Puni with one arm and blew s**t up. It was embarrassing

turner is no joke.
The 49ers offensive line allowed 18 pressures against the Rams: • Dominick Puni: 5, and 2 sacks allowed • Colton McKivitz: 4 • Aaron Banks: 3 • Jaylon Moore: 3 • Jake Brendel: 3 Their run blocking was just as bad… What a horrible performance by the entire Oline

You're going to have to watch more closely it's his tackles that are awful. There C and Guards were ranked in the top 10 of their positions and # 1 as a unit

i know what you are trying to get at, but their OL was ranked high last year too and Mahomes was still running and dodging DL.

We had the highest ranked LT, didn't mean much.

I'm just saying Mahones wasn't doing to much running last year, he was the second least sacked QB behind only Allen in Buffalo who looks like the best in the league now. This year they are middle of the pack in sacks on their QB but last year just like in the Super Bowl they get away with a lot of holding calls. It's a fact the top teams this year Det,Phi , Buf and KC are either top 5 line or middle of the pack like KC .

Well it's all connected. Scheme, how quickly the ball is released, and the offensive line play. What has concerned me this season is that the 49ers offensive line seems to frequently let unblocked defenders get free shots on the QB. It often looks more like a line protection issue than a player getting beat issue and that is alarming. How often do you see free runners at Patrick Mahomes? Allen? Rarely. They get sacked but they rarely have guys rushing untouched into the backfield like that.

Less Sacks doesn't mean he's not making plays with his feet or it's some stellar OL. You want him in the pocket

We've gone through this over the years in this thread and you can't just look at stats alone
We need RT, LG, C.

If Ks/JL don't fix this we aren't going to SBowls.
