The comparison between SF and KC is crazy. Here are the relative rankings right now, per PFF.

------------SF --------------KC
LT - TW/#7, JM #15 - #73

LG - #30 (Banks). - #6

C - #16 ---------#2

RG - #6 -------#12

RT - #40 ------#53

They are the best in the league IOL, but suck on the outside.

This is partially why I want a wall from LG to RG. Brock is mobile enough to evade the pressure that will come from the right with that kind of protection. We also would be better on 3rd ahd short, etc. Can more comfortably go for it on 4th down with an Oline that generate that kind of push in the run game and protection in the passing game.

100%. Brock (and this entire offense) deserves that type of quality OL. They get that and this offense will really take off in both the running & passing games.

last year the weak link was RT

If we can find a C and RT i think we can protect a lot better

Williams/Moore - Bart/Burford - FA - Puni - FA/1stRDr

Colton doesn't suck either

upgrade center and let Burford play LG (Bartch as competition) if a OT is sitting there in the top 50 picks that has a chance to be a stud grab him…if not they neee BPA because we got holes all over the place.

Was going to add that as well. He is a legit top 32 tackle right now. No one is saying he's All Pro, but he's good enough. I still say go for the elite center prospect, guard, and tackle if you can get them. I wouldnt hand the job to Burford although he does look better on the left side.

I'll lose my s**t if they draft a OG in the first two rds or spend top end cash there. I'm all for paying a center or getting on in the the 1st 2RDs

That's why I said last year. Who knows he could go back to being the weak link again next year, especially if we strengthen the Center position.

I rather still take a chance if the BPA is a RT and know we have Mck as a safety net next year

Find a way to get Erik McCoy out of New Orleans

Those are kicker rounds.
Center tackle guard. In order of importance.

And make it a priority. Not 5-7 rd and practice squad.

I wanna go T first round, G 2nd round, C 3rd round

Basically all mocks that I've seen we will be able to draft the 1st or 2nd best T, and same in the 2nd round when we pick, the top 2-3 Gs are all early-mid 2nd round projections, same with Cs in the 3rd round, all top Cs projected early-mid 3rd round.

damn.. you really handcuffed us the first 3 rounds.. as those guys can potentially sit the bench to learn

Rather get some OL in FA main C then Guard

Draft wise, go with the Best not 2nd or 3rd best, but best DT/RT/TE in that order if available

Yeah I wouldn't want to pigeon hole us with the o line like that. That strategy was viable with last years class. FA is tough because of overpaying vs drafting said talent, but sounds like there aren't any amazing centers this draft so FA may make sense there.

If there's an OT available that projects good and can start day 1 (Swing tackle a bonus) I would go for that.
