ohhhhhhhh yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Pretty exciting stuff!
"When I saw him yesterday," Davis began, "I didn't even know that was Colin. Seriously, he was working on his drop-back, (I said), 'Who was that?' You guys are in for a treat. He looks like a totally different guy."
Kaepernick, for his part, said his focus was on improving and that being resistant to change, even with his throwing motion, was not an option this offseason.
"You have to be able to change and adapt to be the best player you can be," he said. "I just want to do everything I can to get better, and do what I can to help this team win."
"I feel like there has been quite a bit of change," the quarterback said of his mechanics. "Obviously, it's noticeable. Vernon said something to me right away when we started throwing."

I guess that's just an Iowa thing.
(okay, sorry about the politics. No more.)
I hope your kidding with this post.
Yes, please don't start talking politics in here.

Maybe Kap has improved, but I take everything Davis says with a grain of salt. This dude is always says stuff like that. If Q said it, I'd be far more impressed.

Eh, Vernon sounds like he's just feeding people what they want to hear, but I don't doubt Kap making true progress and I dug the vibe of that video. Kap and Jimmy Tomsula seemed really comfortable and had a natural approach to the interview. We'll see if Kap reverts to his typical press approach this season.
Overall.

Vernon Davis has probably benefitted the most from Jed York's approach to the players off-field business opportunities. I definitely imagine him being one of the first to spit out the company line. He's gotta know his image took a hit last year (and his stock price.. lol). I'm confident he's gonna give this off-season/season 100%.

Why is Vernon's response considered scripted? He could have said nothing or he looks great and left it at that. I mean they aren't really even practicing yet. I'm excited to see Colin this year. He spent time on trying to become a better QB this year and not just a better athlete or football player. Plus with the additions through FA and the draft I think Colin will be better this year, mentally especially. I see another article by the Press Democrat is posted on the Zone. Don't know if it's decrepit old man Cohn or his hack son. Not going to read it either because I hate the Cohns. It would be great if old man Cohn could get a sideline pass for one of the games and Colin runs into him while running out of bounds and breaks his hip and all 10 of his fingers and thumbs. Then when Colin gets up he accidentally steps on Cohn's throat and he can't talk. That would be awesome!!! I don't want to see him die but injured just enough he can't write during the football season. Oh the irony.
