I've been saying this for weeks. Even if it was for the fourth quarter today. Let a fresh face come in and possibly make a couple of plays. If Gabbert fails miserably than its not going to hurt anything.
I'm not saying Gabbert is the answer, but he brings different aspects that Kaep doesn't. The team "MAY" rally around him and find a groove. Andrew Luck for example was averaging 250 yards, 1.5 tds, and a 65 rating earlier. After sitting on the bench he's averaged 315 and 3 tds and a 90 rating.
I understand Luck is still losing, but I think he's playing better. I don't think anyone is asking Kaep to do it by himself, but he's got to show something.
