Now we get to watch another talented QB suffer from the worst supporting cast in the NFL.

But I guess on a positive note, the team has a good chance at going 2-14 and being able to draft somebody on offense to give either QB a chance next year.

Here's the deal. Gabbert should be able to make throws that Kap cannot make so the playbook should open up a bit. I'd love to see some timing routes, slant patterns...really anything more than a stick pattern to the sidelines that we currently employ with Kap. Anything will be an improvement.

I have more important things to worry about then how another man dresses. Your days must be sooo exciting if this type of stuff gets you all riled up.

I don't think he worries about it being his birthday or whatever...just worked out being that way....more so just the situation he is in now...and to use it as motivation to work harder.

You'll see him help and support Gabbert....Got that from Alex.

@annkillion: Three years ago, Kaepernick took over in Game 9 of 2012 when Alex Smith was concussed. He will lose his job in Game 9 of 2015.

Guess it turns out we should of traded Kap for 2 second round picks and kept Alex....
