of course its not. we have had record floods in iowa but nothing like what you have had, two years ago we thought it was a big deal when iowa had 6 inch rain storms. people think it is nonsense but ,, turn around don't drown. the people that drive through barricades and through standing, flowing water on roadways stuns me

It's obvious that the culprit behind Kap's buffon remarks on t**tter and this goes for everyone else who posts s**t they later regret is the most powerful drug known to man of which 100's of millions are addicted to --

I don't think anybody finds the flood funny, it was joke I propably would have smirked at it but I was laughing at how offended some people are about it.

That's my theory -- you'd assume he and most other athlets are downing highly caffienated energy drinks left and right.
